A key part of my approach is improving workflows, simplifying processes, and introducing practical automation that makes partners more productive and our internal systems more efficient. <br> <br>I’m also the founder of IT Events Australia, a fast-growing platform connecting the national IT community with the events, peer groups and learning opportunities that shape the channel. The project blends product design, automation, workflow thinking and AI-assisted development — all aimed at making it easier for people to find and engage with industry knowledge. <br> <br>I’m passionate about using AI to streamline operations, reduce friction and create smarter tools for partners and teams.
